At Shap Shape, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn against the skin without underwear.
Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit in shapewear can be tricky. If your size isn't quite right, we'll gladly exchange it for a different size — subject to stock availability. Please refer to our size guide before ordering to find your best fit.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at hello@shapshape.co.za within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Items returned outside the 14-day window will not be accepted
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
